Send Us A File

When you are ready to print, there are several options for transferring your files to us for prepress processing. You can:

  • UPLOAD your files to us by using our convenient and secure digital dropbox.
    Direct your browser to http://dropbox.yousendit.com/goetzcraft and follow the instructions. If you have any questions, please contact us at 734-973-7604 for assistance.

  • E-MAIL smaller files ( 6MB or less ) to us at imaging@goetzcraft.com

  • DROP OFF your files at our Ann Arbor location. We accept almost all types of digital media (CD, DVD, USB flash drives, USB/Firewire portable drives, etc. )

  • CALL US for our convenient and FREE DAILY PICK UP service.

  • REQUEST A MEETING  Any member of our staff would be happy to meet with you to pick up your files and to discuss your project in detail.

Please Note:

  • We accept both Mac and Windows files.
  • If you are uploading more than five (5) files, please compress your files into a single folder (Mac Stuffit, Windows WinZip) before uploading.
  • Please refer to our File Preparation Guidelines if needed.
  • Any required alterations after your files has been submitted (i.e. spelling, placement, color adjustments, etc.) can result in extra costs. To speed up your printing project and avoid extra charges, please prepare and proofread all documents before submission.
  • If you have any doubts about how to prepare your files, or need scanning, converting or formatting help, our pre-press department is also available to convert your designs and graphics into the proper format for printing. Call us for a consultation.

Printing Orders should include:

  • Your contact information
  • Your deadline
  • Billing information
  • The type of file furnished
  • A laser printout or mock up of the finished piece.
  • Printing specifications: quantity, proof type desired, inks, type of stock required, both the flat and final size, and bindery / finishing details
  • Packaging and delivery instructions
